My first independent build.
My first official shop project was to build the upper wall for the set which was made up of six large windows. The wall was broken up into three pieces, a center wall which is pictured right and two double window units. All the walls would receive a brick treatment and it was a fantastic project to carry through.

This show had a lot of firsts for me, but it wasn’t only learning tools or new construction techniques. Learning to take lead or make decisions on a shop floor was very new to me. I had to learn how to lean on my fellow students to help me finish a project and delegate out to them.
